Certain technical and user centred factors needed to be addressed in order to optimise the designs functionality and to ensure a smooth production.

 

This meant creating a low cost design with minimal components and good usability.

 

Specific injection moulding and blow moulding techniques were implemented in the design for an optimised production and assembly.

Influences from the original military jerry can aesthetic gave the product a sense of rugged, utilitarianism and nostalgia with a modern twist.
